Fiberglass Product Warranty
Thermotech warrants that its Fiberglass windows and doors are made of carefully assembled high quality materials with the understanding that they will be handled with the care that any home furnishing deserves.
The fiberglass windows are warranted according to the following schedule:

Fiberglass frame components:
The Fiberglass frame components are warranted to be free from defects that affect performance as long as the window is installed in its original location.

Paint finish:
The paint finish is warranted to be free from defects such as blistering or peeling for 10 years.

Glass seal:
The sealed insulating glass unit is warranted to be free from material obstruction of vision for 20 years.

Operating hardware:
Truth ™. operating hardware is warranted by Truth indefinitely.

All other components:
All other components are warranted for 5 years.
They can not prevent the effects of ice dams or building settlement.
Persistent condensation indicates excessive humidity.
For maximum condensation resistance choose triple glazing.
This warranty is to the original purchaser and covers the repair or component replacement costs. It neither covers incidental or consequential damages nor the labour to install/re-install warranted parts.
This warranty applies to windows fabricated by Thermotech and installed in typical residential/commercial service conditions.
Exclusions:

Products that are not paid for in full.

Glass breakage of any kind.
-
Screen cloth damage of any kind.
