SIZE LIMITS
The following limits apply to standard situations. Undersize products may be available with surcharges to allow for tooling modifications. Oversize products may be possible in special circumstances. The upper limit for glass area in a single window in our home jurisdiction is 4.5 m 2 (48 ft 2). Note that a double glazed unit (just the glass) this size would weigh 116 kg (366 lbs).
Even larger areas are possible if the glass is heat strengthened or tempered. These processes may create some distortions in your view. In any event, these oversize windows need the approval of a registered professional engineer.

Depending on wind loads, combined windows, especially those over 3.4 m 2 (36 ft 2) may need to be internally reinforced by Thermotech - or they may need to be broken up into smaller windows.
STANDARD SIZES
Any size (to the nearest millimetre or 1/25”) is a standard size. Pricing will be lower for projects where the number of different dimensions is minimised.
